Welcome to the Intelligent Health Group Bolton location where your health is our passion. We are glad you have chosen to take the “Journey to Total Wellness Challenge!” We have outlined the Nine Pillars to Total Wellness

By participating, you have the opportunity to win one of the prizes on our prize table including an Apple iPad. These prizes are donated by our local community business partners. Total value of the prizes on the table is over $1,000.


There are two parts to the prize registration process; registering for the challenge and completing the ballot. To get started:

  1. Complete the registration information below. We will be using this information to contact you, should your name be selected when the draw begins at 9:35PM tonight

  1. Next, visit the IHG booth to learn the definitions for each of the Nine Pillars

  2. Pick up one of our ballots from one of our volunteers, then

  3. Visit the partner booths to collect the words or phrases that correspond to each of the Pillars

  4. Return your completed ballot to our booth before 9:30PM to have your name officially entered into the draw to win.

  5. Draw will begin promptly at 9:35PM with a name selected every minute until all the prizes are awarded. At the end of the draw we will enter all the names back in the ballot box and will make the draw for the iPad.
